As Founder and Chairman of P.C.A. Adjusters Limited, Val began his career with the Guardian Insurance Company of Canada. It was 21 years later when his decision to open and launch P.C.A. Adjusters Limited as an independent adjusting office was done.

Licensed in All Classes of General Insurance in the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec. Val is fluently bilingual with 50 years of claims adjusting experience. Val is utilized for the most part as a "Large Loss Consultant" as required. In addition to obtaining his Fellowship with the Insurance Institute of Canada, he has been a tutor at the Institute for "Loss Adjustment". Val is one of the founding members of the Society of Fellows as well as a Past-Most Loyal Gander (Quebec Pond) with the Order of The Blue Goose International.

A Past-President and Senior Partner with the Adjusters Group International Ltd., Val has had the opportunity to attend several catastrophe loss scenes, adding this to his vast experience.
